At HipKids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with tags attached. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, we are here to make the exchange process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn clothing into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
